220.000 Zugriffe hat, muss wohl einiges richtig gelaufen sein!
Die sukzessive Entwicklung der Band über die Jahre im „contemporary blues style“ resultiert in einem frischen, abgefahrenen und sehr speziellen Groove! Die Band beweist, dass dieses zeitlose Musikgenre die Jahrtausendwende problemlos überwunden hat und vereint musikalische Elemente beider Millennia. „The Blues Infusion“ lassen sehr stark Stilelemente des Rock oder auch des Jazz in ihre Musik einfließen und erzeugen so eine spannende, dynamische Facette des Blues. Nicht zuletzt deswegen gewann die Band im Jahr 2017 die nationale Vorwahl für die „European Blues Challenge 2017“ und war sehr erfolgreich für Österreich in Dänemark am Start! Neben Konzerten in der Heimat gab und gibt es weitere Auftritte im Ausland wie z.B. bei Blues-Festivals in Kroatien. Nach dem ersten Album „Stepping Keys“ erschien im Dezember 2018 die aktuelle CD „Half Town Blues“, auf der es durch die Mitwirkung von Simon Plötzeneder an der Trompete einen Hauch jazziger zugeht. The successive development of the band over the years in the "contemporary blues style" results in a fresh and very special groove! The band proves that this timeless music genre has easily overcome the millennium, and thus unites musical elements of both millennia. "The Blues Infusion" strongly incorporates elements of rock or jazz in their music and thus creates an exciting, dynamic facet of the blues. In 2017 the band won the national pre-election for the "European Blues Challenge 2017", and was very successfully representing Austria at this event in Denmark! In addition to concerts in the homeland, there are other performances abroad, such as at blues festivals in Croatia and elsewhere. After the first album "Stepping Keys" the current CD "Half Town Blues" was released in December 2018, presenting a stronger touch of jazziness, also due to the trumpet played by Simon Plötzeneder. Highly recommended blues infusion from Austria!
